The Heart Behind God-Fearing Hearts
I’m Demeta—a devoted follower of Christ, a mother to two adult children, and a woman forever changed by the grace and truth of God. I was born and raised in South Florida, and now I call the greater Savannah, Georgia area home.
Like many, my past isn’t perfect. I didn’t grow up knowing God or His Word, and that lack of knowledge shaped many of my earlier decisions. But the beauty of my story is this: Christ found me, renewed me, and continues to shape who I am. I live in this world, but I no longer belong to it.
God-Fearing Hearts began as a simple desire—to grow in reverential fear of the Lord, deepen my relationship with Him, and share what He’s teaching me along the way. I’m not here as an expert or a teacher, but as a woman learning to walk in truth, reverence, and obedience day by day.
This space is especially for women who:

My desire is to help you bypass some of the confusion, stumbling blocks, and uncertainty that often come with starting (or restarting) your walk with God.
